1. Using this website
This website introduces ELB Digital and our managed IT, infrastructure engineering, DevSecOps, cybersecurity and technology advisory services. These terms apply to your use of the website. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Use the website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious software or use its content to mislead others. Viewing our cybersecurity services does not authorise security testing of our systems.
2. Services and enquiries
Website descriptions provide general information. Recommendations for your business require an assessment of your circumstances. Service scope, pricing, delivery dates, support hours, service levels and responsibilities must be agreed in a separate written proposal or service agreement. An enquiry does not create a service contract or an obligation to purchase.
The enquiry tool prepares information in your browser. Depending on the configured contact details, it offers an email draft or downloads a text file. You must send the email or share the file yourself; preparing or downloading an enquiry does not send it to ELB. This website does not accept payments.
Please provide accurate information and only share information you are authorised to disclose. Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment details or sensitive personal information in an enquiry or the website guide.
3. Website materials
ELB branding and original website materials belong to ELB Digital or their respective rights holders. You may view the website and keep reasonable copies for your own internal evaluation of our services. Obtain permission before reproducing our branding or republishing substantial parts of the website for commercial use.
Workplace photographs are AI-generated illustrations. They represent technology and business settings and should not be understood as photographs of ELB employees, clients or premises. Third-party names or links, if present, do not imply an affiliation or endorsement.
4. Accuracy, availability and responsibility
We aim to keep website information clear and accurate, but content may change or contain errors. Confirm information that matters to a purchasing or operational decision directly with ELB. Website content is not a substitute for advice specific to your systems.
Website availability can be affected by maintenance, hosting and network conditions. General references to resilience or security do not promise uninterrupted operation or complete protection against every threat. Service commitments and related liability are defined in the applicable service agreement.
Nothing in these website terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law. The website is intended for businesses considering ELB services in a South African context.
5. Updates and questions
We may update these website terms and will show the revision date above. Updates apply to subsequent website use and do not, by themselves, change an existing signed service agreement.
For service or website questions, visit Let’s talk and use the business contact details published there when available. The enquiry tool explains whether it is creating a local file or preparing an email draft.
